Monique — East & Central
- Golden Galápagos · catamaran · built 2026 · 34 m · 16 guests · 8 cabins
- Buffet breakfast & lunch; plated dinners al fresco on the Sky Deck, wine included
A 7-night small-boat cruise (≤ 16 guests) plus two dive days on Santa Cruz. Our pick is Monique, Jan 21–28; other January and early-February boats are below — tap Best value for just the cheapest.
Recommendation: Monique (Jan 21–28) — a brand-new luxury catamaran for 16 — with two days of scuba diving beforehand: ≈ $26,600 all-in. Two nights on Isabela for penguins (≈ $29,200) is a stretch — only if firm quotes come in lower.
It covers the most headline islands of any week we found (Española, Genovesa, Floreana, Bartolomé, Kicker Rock) and serves plated dinners with wine. Main risk: launched in 2026, so no guest reviews yet; sister ships Elite (9.9/10) and Endemic (9.6/10) are excellent.
Our main pick, the brand-new luxury catamaran Monique, plus two cheaper first-class boats.

Monique doesn’t sail Jan 28 – Feb 15, so these are the best departures from late January to mid-February.

| Monique · Ocean Spray · Elite (early Feb) | No Monique or Ocean Spray sailings Jan 28–Feb 15; Elite’s 7-night dates are sold out (only a 3-night Feb 6–9). |
| Petrel · Cormorant II · Camila · Grace · Galapagos Horizon | No bookable early-Feb 7-night departure found online — would need direct operator inquiries. |
